How much would it cost to change a stair railing?

Right now I have a half wall on my stairs. I would like to knock out the wall and add a normal stair railing. Any estimates on about how much would this cost? The stairs are split in half. So, you go up half, turn on the landing and go up the next half.How much would it cost to change a stair railing?You can figure right at $95 per tread which will include the tread, riser, balusters and railing.

That would be for new construction so tear out of the wall and old system would be additional.
