There are no converters that you can use to change 110V to 220V for a hot tub. Cutting the voltage in half doubles the required amperage, so a device that pulls 15 amps at 240V will need 30 amps at 120V. You will need a separate 240V 50A GFCI protected circuit for the tub, so you will need to get an electrician to pull it for you. How much depends on a number of factors-distance from panel, available spaces in panel, number of walls to drill through, if the line needs to be buried and for what distance, etc. Call a few contractors-most will give free estimates. to 220v, and besides, if there was such a thing the wire
size would be wrong and would result in the wire burning.
I wouldnt call a contractor though, just look for a construction
site and find the electricians. Most are willing to do a side-job
and you would save quite a bit.
