How much will it cost to change a passenger name for a British Airways flight?

Hi all. I am traveling to New York in mid November and the person that I was originally going with has pulled out. I need to change the name on the ticket and understand that there will most certainly be a charge attached with this - does anyone know or had experience regarding this matter?

How much will it cost to change a passenger name for a British Airways flight?Good luck. I did not expect that they would allow a change at all, but since another answerer specifically says they will on a ticket bought directly from them, I'll yield to their (I hope!) greater knowledge.
