Everytime one comes into our service department, the advisors are chomping at the bits to help that customer because they know it'll be a minimum $500 customer pay ticket. I found the labor rate for the Vacuum Pump Supercharger (same thing?) of .8 hours (~$80), supercharger bypass control valve is 1.8 hours (~$180). Alldatapro doesn't list the parts prices, but you can call your local Mazda dealership to find out those prices. And do yourself a favor...if you do buy this car, get it serviced at a dealership. I have had lots of customers that get repairs made at independent shops, then come to us to fix the screwed up job that was done. A dealership is generally not that much more expensive than an independent. Mazda techs work on Mazdas. Independents work on everything.
